Important Notice
  1. Pick-up needs to be arranged at least 3 hours prior to your flight departure time. Your driver will be waiting for you at the hotel lobby or the ground level of the hotel building if the lobby is located on an upper level.
  2. Please contact us in advance if your flight is changed. 
  3. Infants must sit on laps. If child car seats are required for the transfer, please notify the number of children and their ages in the “Message” section when you place the booking. (NT$600 per car seat) Please note such special request cannot be guaranteed and should be made 3 business days in advance.
  4. Over-sized or excessive luggage such as wheelchair, golf club, bike or surfboard may be subject to additional fees. Please inquire us in advance to confirm if your over-sized or excessive luggage is acceptable.
  5. If you cannot find your driver, please have the hotel concierge/ front desk staffs on duty call our 24/7 hotline +886 2 25635313.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before your designated local pick-up time (GMT+8). Please contact us by email or phone.
