Important Notice
  1. Please contact us in advance if your flight is changed. 
  2. Infants must sit on laps. If child car seats are required for the transfer, please notify the number of children and their ages in the “Message” section when you place the booking. (NT$600 per car seat) Please note such special request cannot be guaranteed and should be made 3 business days in advance.
  3. Over-sized or excessive luggage such as wheelchair, golf club, bike or surfboard may be subject to additional fees. Please inquire us in advance to confirm if your over-sized or excessive luggage is acceptable.
  4. After the Customs Clearance, there is only one exit to the arrival hall. Please turn right and find your driver, who will be holding a sign with your name.
  5. If you cannot find your driver, please go to Tourist Service Center and have the staffs on duty call our 24/7 hotline +886 2 25635313.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the local estimated time of arrival (GMT+8). Please contact us by email or phone.

No-shows are defined as passengers who do not show up on time for the service. In this event, the bookings will be cancelled and non-refundable.
